Escáner Portátil de Radiación Espectrométrico AT6101C

AT6101CAT6101C Spectrometric Portable Radiation Scanner is used for detection of radioactive sources and is an efficient technical means of radiological terrorist threats and other activities prevention, such as illegal storage, use, transfer and traffic of radioactive substances and materials.
 
Can also be used for radiation monitoring of areas, routes, isolated grounds, industrial sites and buildings with GPS-referencing function. Scanner is stored and carried in a backpack. SPRS is supplied with gamma-radiation spectrometric smart probe, neutron radiation smart probe, and can be supplied with wide-range dosimetric smart probe (option).

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
 
All smart probes transmit measurement data over Bluetooth wireless link into a hand-held PC (HPC).

The scanner operates in continuous radiation environment scan mode: continuous search, detection, localization and identification of gamma sources; search and discovery of neutron radiation.
 
When radioactive source is detected the Spectrometer activates alarm and identifies its radionuclide composition.
 
Types of identified radionuclides are displayed on HPC screen and operator hears a corresponding voice message in a wireless headset.
 
Measurement results are continuously transmitted into HPC for subsequent processing by PC and can be plotted onto a map using application software tools.
